Women’s Fit camp is an ongoing one month fitness camp exclusively for women. The camp is composed of a series of sixty minute, moderate to high intensity workouts. Sessions feature strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, functional training, flexibility & yoga exercises. The Right Fit's boot camp offers the perfect balance of weight training and cardiovascular activity to tone and firm your entire body. The camp is non military style, so no need to worry about running in the rain and getting dirty....just burning calories and getting in great shape! The class is set for a 15-20 person limit. This gives our qualified trainers an opportunity to see and correct exercises and provide a well designed one hour workout. Body assessment and nutrition plan provided.
